Wrappers

It appears to be good practice to make errors a const. This example uses the Error [Golang interfaces](Golang interfaces):

    ErrNotFound   = DictionaryErr("could not find the word you were looking for")
    ErrWordExists = DictionaryErr("cannot add word because it already exists")
